We accept most insurances, including auto accidents and workers’ compensation. Please call us to make an appointment and we will answer any questions you may have.
As a reminder, it is your responsibility to understand the insurance that you have for you and your family and what is covered. If you have a co-pay, deductible or cost share, you will be responsible for payment at the time of service. We can no longer carry patient balances from prior appointments. You can pay your bill online, or bring your payment to your appointment. Payment may be made by check, credit card, Apple Pay, money-order, debit card or cash.
